Kerwin Donates Art Prize to Nelson’s Journey Charity Auction

On 23rd September 2023, Norfolk charity Nelson’s Journey hosted their annual Charity Ball and fundraiser Gala Dinner in Norwich. I was delighted to donate an art prize that was featured and sold in their live auction. This was my first art donation to a charity auction.

My prize donated was a custom hand-embellished, signed and framed canvas print of one of my pop art paintings. The winner gets to choose their favourite paintings of mine from bykerwin.com – which I would then hand-embellish by adding further layers of acrylic paint over the top of the print for a unique finish.

It was great to hear that my donation fetched £350 in the live auction, all of which goes to Nelson’s Journey. The winner chose a custom print of The Beatles which I look forward to working on shortly! Below is a picture of the auction brochure from the night.

Who Are Nelson’s Journey?
